My Dad used to take my brother and I to the bicycle trade shows so he could check out all the latest gear for his road bike. BORING!!! (at the time,) so we found ourselves walking the halls to get as many free BMX decals and SWAG as we possibly could! At least until the Freestyle Team exhibition would start up; Bunny hops over multiple persons, Endo’s for days, Bar Spins, and One wheeled tricks. Which of course we would do our best to mimic the next day at home. I still dream of the days when life was simple, hanging outside with friends, and riding our BMX down to 7 Eleven to get a slurpy, or going to the track to see if we could make it over those jumps!
